Farm and Trail:
This tune is designed for working around the Farm, Road Riding and Trail riding. FCP kept in mind the farm and ranch customers that still like to get out on the trails. It is a great tune because it gives you the ability to still use 87 octane like some want to. Don't get this tune wrong, it performs like a beast, while it is still tamer than the pure play tunes we offer.
Engine Calibration
The engine tuning has optimized engine calibrations to have an increase in throttle response and low-end torque. The lowered on/off temps for the radiator fan and optimized engine calibrations all help the engine run cooler and have an overall longer service life.
Clutch Calibration
Clutch calibrations that excel above factory. It has smooth take off but still an increase in clutch pressure over stock,crisp shifts without it shifting hard, increased clutch holding power once fully engaged all to help keep clutches cooler and sustain clutch life.
Transmission Calibrations
All FCP tuning comes with reverse shifting in auto mode. This makes it nice having to back out a long trail, in those situations backing up a slick hill or getting out in a mud hole it will shift gears and getting some much-needed wheel spin (Especially in those builds with a lot of gear reduction). Manual mode will give you much more control than factory, it will allow you to upshift earlier and hold the gear you selected. The only time it will down shift is when you come under 15 mph in 6th gear and then it will continue to downshift as you slowdown from there till it reaches first gear. This feature is nice when cruising as it won't downshift when you let off the throttle eliminating engine braking. So, you get full control of your shifts up and down.
